This terms and conditions page describes the terms upon which you may access and use our services. By using our services, you affirm that you have read and accept all of the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice.

Commitment

A project/service is not finalised until both parties agree on the specifications of the project/service. In case of a party not agreeing on the specification, the project will be considered as cancelled and terminated.

Right to Terminate

Lambentsoft Solutions reserves full rights to terminate any contract without prior notice. If a advance payment has been collected, Lambentsoft Solutions will fully refund the payment only if no services have been rendered.

If the project is finished, Lambentsoft Solutions will send a notice stating the same. If there is no communication from the client's side. The project will be accepted as completed.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to 10 revisions after delivery unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Any advance payments / upfront payments will not be refunded after (unless stated otherwise)

• Lambentsoft Solutions has worked on the project for more than 10 days.
• Project is cancelled on delivery.

Miscellaneous

Lambentsoft Solutions relies on your continued observance of these Terms of Use. If Lambentsoft Solutions suffers any loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms of Use or any other legal obligation then you agree to indemnify Lambentsoft Solutions for those losses, damages and costs.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune (Maharshtra, India). If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
